Rum Row Custom Rods Warranty

At Rum Row Custom Rods, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our custom fishing rods. We stand behind our products and offer the following warranty coverage

:

Labor – Lifetime Guarantee

The labor on your Rum Row Custom Rod is guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship. If a failure occurs due to a defect in labor, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Rod Blank – 1-Year Warranty

The rod blank is covered by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If the blank fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the original date of receipt, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, impact, modifications, or excessive strain beyond normal fishing conditions.

Warranty Claims & Limitations

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.

Damage outside of warranty coverage may be repaired for a reasonable fee.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Rum Row Custom Rods reserves the right to review and determine if the damage falls under warranty coverage. If we determine the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement options may be available at a cost.
